Team TONYMOLY is our loyalty program, designed to reward you with exclusive perks like free products, discounts, early access to sales and more!
To join the team, all you need to do is make an account on tonymoly.us, which automatically enrolls you into our rewards program. If you already have an account with us, you’re all signed up and can start earning points right away!
You’ll earn 150 points just for creating an account. Once you’re on the team, you can earn even more points by following us on social media, downloading our app, making a purchase and more!
You’ll automatically be upgraded to the next tier once you’ve spent the qualifying amount. Each tier unlocks exclusive benefits so you’ll earn even more perks as you level up!
Our program resets annually on 11/15 so you can keep climbing the tiers until then! Once the tiers have been reset, you’ll need to place an order and spend the qualifying amount for each tier to unlock those rewards. Don’t worry - you won’t lose your points when the tiers reset!
It depends on your tier! Our Warm Up tier earns 3 points per dollar spent, Championship tier earns 5 points per dollar spent and MVPs earn 7 points per dollar spent. We also have exclusive double points events periodically so you can earn even more, no matter what tier you’re in!
You can view the balance by clicking the account icon at the top of the page and clicking rewards. This will take you to your personalized rewards page!
After making a purchase, please allow 14 days for your points to process. This allows time for potential returns. If 14 days have passed and you’re still not seeing your points, please reach out to hi@tonymoly.us and our customer service team would be happy to help!
Any points earned for the returned product will be deducted once your return is received. You can learn more about our Return Policy here!

Yes - after one year of inactivity, your points will expire. Don’t worry, we’ll send you a reminder before that happens!
Team TONYMOLY members can redeem their points for free products, exclusive merch, and more! You’ll unlock access to more rewards as you level up and we’re always adding new options so there’s always something exciting to try!
